By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Access and Use

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm or disrupt the operation of the site.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made at the time of ordering.

Event Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.
  • Please send an email to hello@debloomroom.com with the name of the new participant or send us a message via the contactpage.
  • The return and refund policy applies only to physical products (such as the BLOOM Card Deck).

De Bloom Room reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low attendance, or force majeure). In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

By attending our events, participants agree that De Bloom Room is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property during the event.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation in case of delays.

5. Return Policy

The return policy applies exclusively to the BLOOM Card Deck.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

6. Damage or Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can offer an appropriate solution.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — no explanation required.
The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method, minus return shipping costs (if applicable).

9. Intellectual Property
