We do our utmost to carefully pack your order and get it to you as quickly as possible.
On this page, you’ll find all information regarding our shipping and delivery terms.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).
- During holidays or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we always do our best to ship on time.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will be shipped once the new stock has arrived.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
Please note: Event tickets or digital products purchased together with a pre-order item will still be delivered digitally to your email immediately after purchase. You’ll receive your ticket even if the physical product is not yet available.
Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided on the product page and may be subject to change depending on supplier or shipping conditions.
Shipping Within the Netherlands

Average delivery time within the Netherlands is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

All packages are shipped via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
Note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected European countries.
- Average delivery time within Europe is 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in the destination country.
Delays
De Bloom Room cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Tracking and Support
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 7 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@debloomroom.com so we can assist you.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect at a pick-up point, or refused delivery, reshipping costs will be charged.
Please always double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
We pack your order with care, but if something goes wrong:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@debloomroom.com or send us a message via the contactpage if your order is damaged or items are missing. We will assist you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution.
Ownership and Risk
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
We recommend keeping your tracking information safe.
