Scope of this Policy
The following return policy applies exclusively to the BLOOM Card Deck.
Event tickets are non-refundable.
Can’t make it to the event? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at no additional cost.
In that case, please send an email to hello@debloomroom.com with the name of the person the ticket is being transferred to.

BLOOM Card Deck Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with all original labels and packaging intact.
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return has been accepted, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior notice cannot be accepted.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular orders — within 30 days after you receive your item.
Please note that pre-orders can only be canceled before shipment if the order has not yet been processed or packed. Once your pre-order has been shipped, it follows the standard return process.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the return period begins once the full order has been delivered.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unopened, with original packaging and labels — and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus any applicable return costs.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@debloomroom.com or through the contact page.
De Bloom Room reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
