Cancellation policy

The BLOOM Card Deck may occasionally be available as a pre-order, meaning the product is not yet in stock but will be delivered once available.

• Full payment is collected at checkout.

• You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once your pre-order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still request a return or refund once the item has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Digital tickets purchased alongside a pre-order item will be sent to your email immediately after purchase, even if the physical product has not yet shipped.
